Joe Louis drinks warm sake
I was relieved to finally be indoors. It was the type of evening better spent under a blanket in a bed. My hat, coat, and socks were damp from the rain. The restaurant I found on the Internet turned out to not exist, and the back up place closed early. At this point I just wanted some place dry to relax. I found a something much better.
See what other websites are saying about sake:
“I have everything from fresh unpasteurized sake to amber-colored 30-year-plus vintages and the variety of flavors in between is truly astonishing.
Sake served at restaurants, both in Japan and abroad tends to be chosen for its ability to complement or enhance the food.At my bar, the sake is the main event.”
